Our 14-day return window

You can return a calendar within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Your calendar is dated, week by week, so we keep the window short: a returned calendar is only useful to another family while its weeks are still ahead.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request it.
• The calendar is unused and in its original, resalable condition: nothing written in, no missing or torn pages.
• You have proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

There are no restocking fees.

We don’t offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you’d like a different calendar, return the unused one within 14 days and order the one you want. If we sent the wrong calendar or it arrived damaged, we’ll replace it for free (below).

How to request a return

1. Message us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Etsy orders: use Etsy Messages. Website orders: use our support form or email contact@organizedmomcollective.com.
2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions by email (or Etsy Messages for Etsy orders). Please don’t send anything before then.
3. Ship the calendar back. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is yours to pay; a trackable service protects you.
4. We’ll let you know when it arrives and start your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your calendar arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a free replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. The 14-day return window doesn’t apply here: let us know whenever you notice the problem (sooner is easier to sort out with the carrier). Send us your order number and, if you can, a photo: it helps us sort it out quickly. You usually won’t need to send the calendar back; if we do need it, we’ll cover the cost and tell you how.

Refunds

• We start your refund within 5 business days of receiving and checking the returned calendar.
• Refunds go back through the platform you bought on, to your original payment method, as far as that platform allows: Etsy orders through Etsy, website orders through our secure checkout. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost isn’t refundable.
• For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, refunds include shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel before your order ships. Message us as soon as you can and we’ll check where it is in packing. If it has already shipped, we can’t stop it, but it can come back as a return.

Shipping problems and lost packages

If your tracking stops moving or a package goes missing, message us. We’ll look into each one individually with the carrier and, for Etsy orders, with Etsy, and let you know what happens next.

Outside the 14 days?

Contact us anyway. We’ll look at your situation individually.

The calendar terms above are for printed calendars only. Every download (the Weekly Reset System, Take Back Control, the Essential Routines Bundle and the Real Life Reset Kit) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it for 30 days from your purchase. If it isn’t helping, email us and we’ll refund every penny. No questions asked, nothing to send back. Once you’re refunded, your download link stops working.

The cleaning companion

The cleaning companion website comes with your calendar at no extra cost and isn’t sold separately, so there’s nothing to return or cancel.
