Refunds and Returns

For anything you buy on this website. Email contact@organizedmomcollective.com with your order number, or simply reply to your order confirmation email. Orders placed on Etsy follow Etsy’s policies.

Downloads: 30-day money-back guarantee

Every download (the Weekly Reset System, Take Back Control, the Essential Routines Bundle and the Real Life Reset Kit) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it for 30 days from your purchase. If it isn’t helping, email us and we’ll refund every penny. No questions asked, nothing to send back. Once you’re refunded, your download link stops working.

Calendars: damaged, defective, wrong or lost

If your calendar arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. You won’t need to send anything back unless we ask, and if we do, we’ll send a prepaid return label.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, email us and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Calendars: changed your mind

You can return an unused calendar in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Unused means not written in and with no missing or torn pages.

  1. Email us first so we can confirm your return and send you the return address.
  2. Ship it back. Return postage is yours to pay; we recommend a trackable service.
  3. Once it reaches us, we refund the price of the calendar. The original shipping charge isn’t refunded.

Canceling before it ships

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us to cancel it and we’ll refund you in full, including shipping.

When you’ll get your money back

We issue refunds within 3 business days of approving them (for returns, after the calendar reaches us). They go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. We’ll email you when your refund is issued.

The cleaning companion

The cleaning companion website comes free with your calendar and isn’t sold separately, so it isn’t part of a refund.
